Refund policy
We offer a 100% refund if a reservation is canceled prior to (7) days to the date of travel, after this date, 25% of the total stay will be non-refundable. No Shows: Nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a refund, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@discovercolombia.travel. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a an email with needed information in order to make the refund. When bank information is received, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
